Up to 70% turn out recorded out of permitted voters sole

Jammu April 23,2019(Ashok Raina)
The right or privilege of voting franchise badly affected on the passages of Kashmiri migrant voters due to technical glitches and hitches recorded low turn of voting during the 3rd phase of polling also held for Anantnag parliamentary here on Tuesday.
To call upon all those constituencies are voting from first phase to third phase in Jammu and Kashmir are marked by spectacularly low turnouts among the Kashmiri migrant voters due to M-Form technical snag.
Claiming one side to facilitate the smooth participation of Kashmiri migrants in Lok Sabha elections putting up in Jammu and various other parts of the country, the Election Commission of India (ECI) has established 26 special polling stations for displaced people from Valley across the country. Out of them, 21 special polling stations established in Jammu 4 polling stations established at Delhi and one in Udhampur district but while as same on other side devoid of filling up M Form no any migrant voter is entitled to right of vote.
It is rare to say here that Anantnag Lok Sabha constituency is one of the sixth largest Lok Sabha (parliamentary) constituencies in Jammu & Kashmir state in northern India. The said parliamentary constituency is composed of Tral, Pampore,Pulwama, Rajpora, Wachi, Shopian, Noorabad, Kulgam, Homshalibug ,Anantnag, Devsar,Doru, Kokernag,Shangus ,Bijbehara and Pahalgam assembly segments and is spread across four districts - Anantnag, Kulgam, Shopian and Pulwama. It is final that ECI has decided to conduct the election in three phases in Anantnag parliamentary constituency on 23 April ,29 April and 6th May 2019 distinctly.
Analysts believe that huge number of Kashmiri migrant voters are registered in Anantnag Lok Sabha parliamentary constituency but it is aggrieved to say here that due to M form technical snag only few voters cast their votes today.
It is an astonish to say here that those young educated or among new voters who filled up their M forms or form 8 on line received the wrong insertions in the voter list could not cast their votes in picture-perfect while as the group of old aged or ignorant voters in large number despite filled up their M forms within the concerned jurisdictions made complaints on anonymity basis that they also could not get the vote to franchise . Sources said that due to shortage of staffs and workers the M forms of migrant voters have not been got checked within the fixed period of time is also reason behind to low turnout among the KP migrant voters. However, sources said further more that out of permitted voters up to 70 percent turnout is recorded during the first phase of Anantnag parliamentary constituency polling here on Tuesday.
