‘Fog grounds flights’: 12 cancelled, 18 delayed at Srinagar, Jammu Airports
 
Srinagar, Dec 19: Widespread fog over North India disrupted air traffic on Friday, severely affecting operations at Srinagar and Jammu airports, with 12 flights getting cancelled and 18 delayed.
At Srinagar International Airport, seven flights were cancelled and twelve were delayed due to poor visibility and adverse weather at departure points including Delhi, Amritsar and Kolkata. At Jammu Airport, five flights were cancelled and eight delayed, bringing the total to 12 cancellations and 18 delays across both airports,” officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer
