| Would we be able to innovate new languages? Written by Ashok Raina | | | | In this modern era, if we want, we can do anything, we can even give a new twist to languages. When can we operate a computer by speaking, gesturing or looking with our eyes? Or we can enter the world of robots, then why can't we try to understand the languages of birds?
In the world of computers, we have already succeeded in developing many software’s in different languages and if we put more pressure on our minds in this series of research, then we can surely turn the impossible into possible and there's an old saying that” Impossible is the word in the dictionary for fools” I am sure that if we take initiative in this matter, we will be fully capable and successful in bringing about an important revolution by presenting new formats of languages in the world.
We have already identified the sounds of different languages and we have now acquired the capability to write languages on computers by speaking them. Then in such a situation, why can't we give a new identity to the sweet dialects of different birds and realize our ability to enter a different world of languages and maintain our dominance and achieve mastery in touching new directions.
Although we can easily understand the sweet language of parrots, sometimes they also answer our questions. But it is important for us to know that just as we face difficulties in teaching the mother tongue prevalent in one state to people of other states, similarly we face difficulties in recognizing and knowing the languages and dialects of birds of different colors. Just like our languages, the dialects of birds are also different. Therefore, we should not stay away from our goal in bringing a new revolution by highlighting the sounds and giving a new direction to the dialects spoken by birds in the real life of the world.
There is no doubt that at first you will find the task of choosing this path quite difficult and tough, but every task of learning a subject is not easy in this world and when there is interest towards the new research, innovation and new discoveries, then it does not take long to achieve success.
It is also true that we do not know any language as naturally after birth and usually everyone learns their mother tongue from their respective mothers and later learns other languages as well as other spoken in the vicinity languages cum dialects in schools.
You know that the more languages we know, the better it is for us, due to which we develop knowledge of culture, art, traditional literature and scripts of different regions within ourselves. So as I am saying with this full of confidence and claim that if we choose to learn like our mother tongue and other regional spoken languages during schooling in the same way if we study to know the languages spoken by birds, then we can surely achieve the very historical goal.
The options of the rules of phonetics that we have to choose for these tasks are not different from the theme related to the subject. A phonetic law is a type of systematic phonetic change. Said law can also be expressed by means of a formula that defines the change experienced by an articulation in a determined region and a determined time.

I think that the concept for learning and achievement about the languages is very good and worth learning so that we can bring new historical changes in our day today field for adjustment of new languages to bring them on the path of world atlas of science with new creations for history of science by highlighting the absolute wonders of new languages through the techniques of creation and development of phonetics
It keeps coming to my mind again and again that” would we be able to innovate new languages?
