Now Chips are not good for health.:- Written by Ashok Raina

What all is not prepared by the political parties during the election campaign and especially what new dishes are made during the election draft, all these are like the Chulbul ,sanacks, chips, food junk items of USA Branded which has been stealing our hearts till date and our political parties have been keeping us quiet by feeding us the foreign snacks and Chips.

I am remembering those days again when almost all the political parties including BJP were talking big about to boycott to all types of junk food items being manufacturing by American or other foreign companies in the country so that we can understand the commercial reality of understanding with USA and other nations with India need to put a stop on it so that we would be able to save India which is facing economic crisis of billions of rupees every day.

That after the new government came in power in the year of 2014 and from the period of last more than 11 years’ worth thousand crores of rupees of said type business related to food junk transaction had been made continuously with USA and other nations without taken the strong measures for to save India from this clutch of unnecessary business are making spending continuously on this trade system without any care or notice.

If we look at the year 2024, India's trade with the US has been very active as compared to the international markets. The total business in the junk food industry from America to India is significant, with international food companies like Unilever and Nestlé expanding their operations in India. The Indian market is becoming a major player, with a mix of convenience and lax regulations attracting these companies. Additionally, the U.S. exports processed foods to India, totaling $202.4 million in 2024.

If we talk about the overall situation of trade business with the USA only related to Coca-Cola — 25+ bottling plants producing Thumbs Up, Sprite, Minute Maid, and more. 2024 India revenue: ₹17,500 crore ($2.1 billion) PepsiCo — Dominates snacks and beverages with Lay’s, Kurkure, and Tropicana. 2024 India revenue: ₹14,800 crore ($1.78 billion) have been easily transferred to the USA.

The position of other side of business and trade is becoming more overdue and more comfortable for them as we are learning the lesson from the US President Donald Trump that have imposed an additional 25 per cent tariff on Indian imports, raising the total levy on Indian goods to 50 per cent is another jolt for the stability for the Indian economy. The government India should take the strong notice and has to stop the unnecessary food junk business or trade with USA with intention to build the pressure upon the USA till he revokes his decision about the tariff imposed on India beside we will able to gain to overcome from the economical crisis in near future in the country.

According to the Prime Minister, our country has a population of 140 crores and in such a large country, we have many companies and factories which are manufacturing and releasing many other junk food items in the market apart from potato chips. I don't know why India has still found it necessary to import goods from foreign countries like as USA and are activating their market here, due to which we are not only facing economic crisis but also facing the imposing economical war on us with pushing us into the high peak of state of inflation .However the Global Junk Food Companies Feed India's Health Crisis is needs to learn.

It is also a matter of fact that in several cities of India, the appeal of packaged foods is overshadowing traditional bazaars. Snacks and soft drinks sales ballooning to more than triple over the last decade. Rural landscapes too are now dotted with the logos of global brands like Nestle and Coca-Cola as these companies rush to offer smaller, pocket-friendly versions of their products to a price-conscious consumer base in the state with the result instead of healthier strong atmosphere creations and developments in the state the health crisis and economical crisis has been fashioned and shaped in full swing in the lack of any checkup or to notice. Yes, now chips are not good for health.
