Doesn’t pertain to this office. | Time kept passing and work kept slipping away | | Jammu June 29(Ashok Raina) After all, what is happening in this country at this time. We are getting embarrassed about that. If you remember the memories of freedom and winning moments, then once we are giving a sweet pain to a little pain.
We are going to celebrate the 78th Independence Day this year, but we are still not able to feel our own freedom. If we talk about the law, then till now, during from the last 78 years we could not get able to change our minds
The right to equality before law, the present government at center had decided from the basic phase to promote and gave the slogan of everyone the development of all means (sab ka swath sab ka Vikas) If we look closely, then the problem was kept hanging like a hanging door, the article 14, 15, 16 ,17 and 19 (1) (A) and 21 are still now unable to get its implementation with dignity and honor.
You all must think about what definition we want to teach us about equality rights, you are also right and you also have the right to talk. But my thinking is also clear and the intention is also clear and I repeat before to everyone that during the last 78 years in the country we have been completely unsuccessful in implementing the right to equality before the law and adventure of slogan of the present government “sab Ka swath, sab ka Vikas” is also fails to flourish on desk.
The living proof of this is that thousands of cases are filed every day in various courts across the country under article 14,15, 16,17,19(1)(a) and 21 for the violation of the same.
All the claims of the government are proving to be hollow. Similarly, the roots of corruption are getting stronger. The stubbornness of the officers involved in looting everywhere is also on the verge of destruction ,the bridges and four walls of construction buildings are often seen broken due to non-standard material being used. The mid day meals in schools remain several times on headlines of publicized periodicals. The large number of grievances being found within the department of ACB
Since the year of 1990 till date, thousands of unemployed youth in Jammu and Kashmir have been absorbed through backdoors entries and have violated recruitment follow up procedures and failed to maintain right to equality before law. Some people have also alleged that government jobs were provided to many youths without any advertisement notice with intention to absorb the blue eyed and highly influential candidate to please them. Whereas needy, well-educated and qualified candidates have been deprived from job opportunities to keep hanging and misled till now is at present in restless motion passing living hours badly .
The scope of looting is so big that even the common people are not able to understand what is happening in this country around them.
After the year 1990, many times there were rains and floods, thousands of people highly victimised and became homeless and during the period of time the homeless Kashmiri Pandits also had to bear a lot of loss, but what is the condition of the governments and what is their intention towards the minority community, is evident from the tears flowing from the eyes of homeless community.
Although the state as well as the Indian government provided crores of rupees as aid to the victim families of the valley of Kashmir, why was the Kashmiri Pandit community deliberately ignored? This is a secret known only to the governments, but when I sought a reply from the current governments in this regard under the RTI Act 2005, and without forwarding the same to the concerned section and authority for an appropriate action, the officials clearly wrote in a letter full of love and affection in bold type “DOES NOT PERTAIN TO THIS OFFICE” As such time kept passing and work kept slipping away. | | | |
