Day by day Looking at the current situation in the public sector of Jammu and Kashmir and Everywhere, fear and anger are being seen. The dreams we believed to be true were taken away from us and due to inaptitude behavior of blue-collar theoretical impractical creations created and promoted by the department of information and public Relations Jammu and Kashmir while as the old dictum the art and craft of journalism have been buried.
The journalism industry has suffered a lot of losses since 2014, especially in Jammu and Kashmir which we have not faced in the last 60 years of independent India. In the earlier times, people with high standards of etiquette, reputed and skilled, professionals’ journalists were allowed to move ahead and work in the interest of the country and the people with discretion.
But after the year 2014, even the illiterate, tailors, vegetable sellers, medicine sellers, shopkeepers, bread makers, contractors, flower garland sellers. readymade garment operators and those who work in the roadshows of political parties have been included in the ranks of journalists and editors.
That with intention to promote the yellow Journalism in Jammu and kashmir large number of newspaper owners unlawfully harassed and mentally tortured and forced them to close down their publications one pretext to another by the department of information and public relations jammu and kashmir
After the year 2014, there was loot and auction in the advertisements. On the basis of good commission, advertisements were distributed and contracts were awarded in favour of few newspaper owners. Many officials are accused of earning property worth crores overnight and becoming owners of many shops.
The mutual communication between the fourth pillar of democracy and the Information Department has been hacked by some people for their vested interests and the present government has become a silent spectator.
The pages of journalism have been deliberately targeted under a deep-rooted conspiracy and good journalists have been forced to leave their jobs profession one pretext to another while yellow journalism has been promoted , boosted through the proper corruption channels in DIPR .
What is happening within the department of information and public relations in Jammu and Kashmir is nothing more than misfortune for the literature industry and what has been written on the pages of journalism after the year 2014 is a black spot in the history of journalism.
Large number of newspaper owners were unlawfully harassed and mentally tortured by the department of information and public relations jammu and kashmir forced to leave their profession in one pretext to another. No one is ready to listen to the cries of journalists.
After the various complaints the former director information has made efforts to control the menace of corruption practice in the department and all employees have taken the oath that they will never be used the term word bribe but after the transfer of said officer the situation has not changed. | | | | |
