| Chinar Cricket Tournament Bakiaker 3rd Edition Commences | | | | Srinagar, April 20: Chinar cricket tournament Bakiaker 3rd edition 2019 in Handwara area of north Kashmir commenced on Saturday.
This season’s first match was played between Arise cricket club and Sopore cricket Academy. Earlier, in the afternoon Arise cricket club won the toss and elected to bat first, and scored 132/10 in 20 overs. Though it seemed an easy chase, but it went dramatic in the last couple of overs, where in SCA needed 9 runs from 6 balls.
Tawheed, bowling the last over, did try to save his team, but Prince Mehraj hit 5th ball straight for huge six and registered first win for his team. Mehraj has been announced Man of the match for scoring 25 runs of 13 balls. Mehraj bowled four overs and get two wickets. | | | | |
