The tank was affected by elements that emerged after the destruction of the 11D55 engine due to ignition and further destruction of the oxidizer’s pump, according to the experts. It was reported earlier that the investigation into the accident was being conducted by specialists both from the Russian space agency, Roscosmos, and from NASA.
