| Aircel Maxis case: CBI files fresh charge-sheet against P Chidambaram and Karti | | | |  New Delhi 19 July (Agencies)
P Chidambaram has been listed as a co- accused in the supplementary charge sheet filed in Aircel Maxis case, his son Karti Chidambaram was already an accused in the case
Patiala House Court will take cognizance of the matter on July 31.
Aircel CEO V Srinivasan and FIPB chairman Ashok Jha have also been named in the charge-sheet.
Central Bureau of Investigation today filed a fresh charge-sheet in Aircel Maxis case in Delhi's Patiala House Court.
CBI also named two government officials in the charge-sheet. These two officials have been chaged with 'Abuse of Power'.
In September last year, the ED had attached assets worth Rs 1.16 crore of Karti and the firm allegedly linked to him in connection with this case. | | | | |
